Excel to PDF

Convert .xlsx workbooks into clean landscape PDF tables with headers and grid lines — no Excel licence needed.

One workbook · up to 100 MB · .xlsx

Spreadsheets are for working; PDFs are for sharing. Sending an .xlsx to a client invites accidental edits, broken formulas and version confusion, and it will not open cleanly on every phone. PDFCreature's Excel to PDF converter reads your workbook, lays each worksheet out as a landscape table with a bold header row and light grid lines, and produces a searchable PDF you can attach to an email, print for a meeting or archive for the audit trail.

Why use this PDF tool?

Every sheet included

Each worksheet is titled and rendered in order, flowing onto extra pages as needed.

Readable table styling

Bold headers, subtle row rules and automatically scaled column widths keep wide data legible.

Searchable output

Cell values become real PDF text, so readers can search and copy figures.

No Excel required

Convert workbooks on any device, even one without Microsoft Office installed.

Data never leaves you

The .xlsx is unzipped and typeset locally in your browser.

Free and unlimited

Convert as many workbooks as you need with no account and no watermark.

Frequently asked questions

Which spreadsheet formats are supported?

Modern .xlsx and .xlsm workbooks. Save older .xls files as .xlsx before converting.

Do charts and images come across?

The converter focuses on tabular data. Charts and floating images are not drawn, so export them separately if you need them.

Will my column widths be respected?

Widths are recalculated from the actual content so that the table fits the page while staying readable.

What if a sheet has hundreds of columns?

Columns are scaled to fit A4 landscape and long text is truncated. For extremely wide sheets, split the data across several sheets first.

Are empty rows removed?

Yes. Blank rows are skipped so the PDF stays compact.

Can I convert a Google Sheet?

Download it from Google Sheets as .xlsx first, then convert it here.

Is the conversion accurate for numbers?

Cell values are printed exactly as stored in the workbook, including the results of formulas.

Is anything stored on your servers?

No. There is no upload step at all — the whole conversion is local.
