Frequently asked questions
Can I move a page several positions at once?
Click the arrow repeatedly — each press swaps the page one position, so you can walk it anywhere in the document.
What happens to bookmarks and links?
Page content is preserved exactly, but internal navigation that pointed to a moved page may need to be recreated in your PDF editor.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Use Merge PDF first to combine the documents, then organize the combined file here.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can delete?
You can delete everything except the last remaining page — a PDF needs at least one page.
Does this reduce file size?
Deleting pages usually shrinks the file, but the tool does not re-compress the pages it keeps. Use Compress PDF for that.
Will the output open in Adobe Acrobat?
Yes. The result is a standard PDF that opens in Acrobat, Preview, Chrome, Edge and every mobile reader.
